JRC e Universidades: Mesa Redonda "Como desenvolver a contribuição das Universidades para a Ciência e Inovação" Bruxelas 11 de Abril de 2013

O Joint Research Centre (JRC) da Comissão Europeia está a organizar uma Mesa Redonda sob o Tema "JRC – UNIVERSITIES: HOW TO INCREASE THE CONTRIBUTION OF UNIVERSITIES TO SCIENCE AND INNOVATION" no dia 11 de Abril de 2013,em Bruxelas, na Bélgica.

O objectivo da mesa redonda é identificar boas práticas e desafios futuros na articulação das universidades com as empresas através da inovação e transferência de tecnologia.  Este evento constitui uma continuação do esforço do JRC para promover o crescimento através da promoção de iniciativas  com vista ao delinear de estratégias para a investigação e inovação no ambito da   Smart Specialization e das Key Enabling Technologies.

Os vários participantes  debaterão como fortalecer a colaboração entre universidades e as ligações entre as universidades e as empresas, especialmente PME. As conclusões visam delinear o apoio às Universidades Europeias no seu papel de agentes inovadores de sucesso.

·         What are the obstacles which need to be overcome?

·         And in what form? Research tends to focus on early Technology Readiness Level (TRL 1-2), while readiness for production tends to focus on higher Readiness Level (TRL 6-7) or higher.

·         How to bridge the distance between universities and businesses?
